The Wedding House

The Wedding House fits as many as 10 guests. Of the five bedrooms, four are equipped with King size beds and wall-mounted TVs. The fifth bedroom is furnished with two twin size beds. Not only the master suite has huge bathroom attached to it, but a second bedroom is designed as a junior suite with its own bathroom and kitchenette. Another bathroom is shared by the rest of the house.

The spacious interior with an open floor plan combines living and dining so you can spend quality time with your family and friends. The dining space seats 8 people, with space for four more around the kitchen island. Watch your shows and games on the large 65" smart TV in the living room, or enjoy the view to the pool side. High speed internet throughout the home and a variety of sports and entertainment channels are at your disposal.

Fully equipped with dishes and utensils, the kitchen is ready for your use. High quality appliances (side-by-side refrigerator, microwave, oven, and dishwasher) as well as a toaster, coffeemaker and water boiler are available for your use. The kitchenette in the junior suite holds another small refrigerator, sink and granite countertop for additional space. The laundry room is equipped with a washer and a dryer to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. 

The large screened-in pool deck provides the perfect opportunity for you to soak up the Florida sunshine. Take a swim in the pool, hang out in the shallow sun shelf or relax in the hot tub. If need be, make use of the electric pool heater to adjust the water temperature. The western exposure yields a perfect view of the Florida sunset every evening. The gas grill is ready for your use to enjoy a BBQ with your family and friends. Dine outside at the large dining table with up to 10 people or go inside - its all up to you!

Park your vehicle in the garage or in the large driveway - there is enough space for 5 cars! You have an EV? Then make use of the provided 8 kWh charger in the garage so you never run out of battery.

Children of all ages are welcome at The Wedding House! At the poolside, a baby fence can be provided for families with little children. The home is located in a quiet and welcoming neighborhood, perfect for your family. Upon approval, you bring your small pet dog of up to 20 lbs with you. Of course, your service animals are more than welcome to accompany your stay. 

With The Shops at the Midpoint center only five minutes away, Publix, Target and many dining location are at your hand. The are many family activities to experience and impressive nature reserves to visit. Only a twenty minute drive separates you from a trip to Downtown Fort Myers or Pine Island. Discover the beautiful scenery in Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel or Estero Bay. I-75 exit 136 is only a 25 minute drive away, perfect if you plan a day trip to beautiful places in Naples, Marco Island or the Everglades.
